What exactly is coaching, and how is it different from therapy or consulting?

Coaching is a forward-focused, results-driven process designed to help you identify your goals, remove obstacles, and take meaningful action. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past wounds, coaching concentrates on creating the future you want. And unlike consulting, which provides expert answers, coaching empowers you to develop your own solutions—with my guidance, tools, and perspective to help you get there faster.

Who do you work with?

I work with executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals who are ready to elevate their performance, mindset, and overall quality of life. My clients range from C-suite leaders navigating complex challenges, to business owners scaling their companies, to everyday people seeking greater balance, fulfillment, and clarity.

What coaching frameworks do you use?

My approach integrates the Energy Leadership™ framework and the COR.E Disciplines, which help you understand how your energy and mindset influence your actions, relationships, and results. I also draw on my professional background as an actor to help clients cultivate presence, adaptability, and performance under pressure.

What does a typical coaching engagement look like?

We begin with a discovery session to clarify your goals and ensure we’re a good fit. From there, most clients start with a 3–6 month coaching package. Each engagement includes regular one-on-one or group sessions (depending on the program), between-session support, and tools to help you integrate what you learn into daily life.

What is the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment, and will I take it?

The ELI is a research-backed assessment that measures how you show up in everyday life and under stress. It reveals your energetic patterns and mindset habits, which we then use as a foundation for targeted coaching. Most of my clients begin with the ELI to gain immediate insight into their current leadership and life approach.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck, want to perform at a higher level, need more clarity in your direction, or simply want to live and lead with more energy and intention, coaching can help. You don’t need to have all the answers—you just need to be open to new perspectives and willing to do the work.

Do you offer virtual coaching?

Yes. I work with clients all over the world via Zoom. If you’re local, in-person sessions may be available upon request.
