Together, we’ll cultivate the performance mindset, awareness, and daily habits that will allow you to be the most powerful version of yourself—at work, at home, and in every role you play.

My Approach
At the heart of my coaching is a simple belief: how you think, feel, and manage your energy directly shapes your reality. When you shift your inner world, the outer world changes too.
I combine my professional background as an actor—where mastery of presence, adaptability, and emotional intelligence is essential—with evidence-based coaching frameworks, including Energy Leadership™ and the COR.E Disciplines. Together, these create a powerful system for personal transformation.
We start by building conscious self-awareness—helping you notice the patterns, beliefs, and “default settings” that influence your daily decisions, behaviors, and energy. We’ll identify what’s fueling your performance and fulfillment, and just as importantly, what’s draining them.
